Overall Description of the issue and Affected Services:
A technical transition within our email delivery infrastructure resulted in a two-phased disruption affecting review request emails.

Business Impact:
Email Delivery: A portion of the scheduled review request emails were not sent as intended.
Review Submissions: A subset of delivered emails contained links that led to landing page errors, preventing successful review submissions.
Components Not Impacted: Existing reviews on storefronts, onsite widgets, and other core account functionalities remained fully operational and were not affected by this incident.

Mitigation Efforts and Next Steps:
Resolution: Our R&D team deployed two critical fixes—one on April 11 to restore email delivery and a final fix on April 13 to repair the corrupted landing page links.
Note: Some users may receive a duplicate email as a result of this necessary correction.
Monitoring: We have implemented enhanced monitoring and validation checks to prevent similar data discrepancies in future infrastructure updates.
