Mitigation Efforts and Next Steps: Resolution: Our R&D team deployed two critical fixes—one on April 11 to restore email delivery and a final fix on April 13 to repair the corrupted landing page links. Note: Some users may receive a duplicate email as a result of this necessary correction. Monitoring: We have implemented enhanced monitoring and validation checks to prevent similar data discrepancies in future infrastructure updates.
