Scheduled Maintenance: Infrastructure Updates
We will be performing scheduled infrastructure maintenance as part of an ongoing platform upgrade initiative.
During this maintenance, we will update several backend services that support event processing and data synchronization across the platform. These updates are intended to improve infrastructure compatibility, scalability, and reliability.
Expected duration:
The maintenance window is expected to last approximately 30–60 minutes, including deployment and validation.
Expected impact:
We do not expect a major user-facing impact. However, during the maintenance window, some event-driven processes may experience brief delays while services are being redeployed.
This may temporarily affect the timing of certain syncs, updates, or automated processes that rely on backend event processing.
No data loss is expected.
What to expect during the maintenance:
Backend event-processing services may briefly restart, which could result in short-lived delays in data processing. Once the maintenance is complete, systems are expected to resume normal processing automatically.
