We will be performing a scheduled infrastructure maintenance as part of an ongoing platform upgrade initiative.
During this maintenance, we will update several backend services that support authentication and platform access, along with event processing and data synchronization.
Expected duration: The maintenance window is expected to last approximately 30–60 minutes, including deployment and validation.
Expected impact: During the maintenance window, users may experience intermittent issues when attempting to log in to the platform. Some event-driven processes may also experience brief delays while services are being redeployed. No data loss is expected.
What to expect during the maintenance: Authentication and backend services may briefly restart during the update. This could result in temporary login interruptions. Once the maintenance is complete, all services are expected to resume normal operation automatically.
Our team will monitor the deployment closely and validate that services are stable before the maintenance window is closed.
