Yotpo will perform scheduled maintenance related to Loyalty data infrastructure.

This work is part of an internal database update intended to support continued platform reliability and future improvements.

Expected impact:
No interruption to Loyalty functionality or customer-facing experiences is expected. During the maintenance window, a small number of operations may experience brief processing latency of up to approximately 10 seconds.

Merchant action:
No action is required.

Our teams will actively monitor the system throughout the maintenance window and will provide an update if any unexpected impact is identified.
