On Monday, October 12, between 06:00 and 12:00 UTC, Yotpo will perform scheduled maintenance to Loyalty infrastructure as part of ongoing platform improvements, including work required to support decimal-point campaign capabilities.

We do not expect any interruption to Loyalty functionality or customer-facing experiences during the maintenance window. In rare cases, some Loyalty actions may experience a brief delay of up to approximately 10 seconds while the maintenance is in progress.
Existing customer balances, campaign data, and historical Loyalty data are not expected to be affected, and no merchant action is required.
Our teams will monitor the system throughout the maintenance window and will provide an update if any unexpected impact is identified.
