We will be performing scheduled maintenance on part of the Loyalty infrastructure to improve performance for anniversary and opt-in date related queries.

No customer-facing feature outage is expected. During the maintenance window, some Loyalty processes related to anniversary or opt-in date activity may experience temporary slowness or delayed processing.

Our team will monitor the maintenance closely and will provide updates if any unexpected impact occurs.
